How does licence reclaim know software is unused?

The endpoint agent records per-application last-launched date and launch count. SAM’s Reclaimable Licences view flags software installed but not launched within the unused window (90 days by default), graded by confidence. Software in active use is never flagged.

Which hardware warranties can you enrich automatically?

Dell warranties are enriched automatically by service tag, with a nightly sweep that fills gaps; Lenovo, Apple and Cisco are planned. For any vendor you can record warranty start/end, type, provider and claim URL manually or by bulk import, and set expiry alerts.

What is an Effective Licence Position (ELP)?
