How do you track devices that are never on our network?

The Windows/macOS endpoint agent checks in outbound and auto-creates an asset with hardware, user, software, usage and peripherals — deployed via Intune, SCCM, Jamf or any RMM.

Where does asset data come from?

Three sources: native agentless discovery, integrations (ITSM, procurement, ERP), and the endpoint agent — all reconciled into one record.

What can the agent capture?

Hardware, logged-in user, installed software, per-app usage, and connected peripherals over USB and Bluetooth, plus USB removable-storage detection.

How does software reclaim work?

Usage telemetry flags software installed but not launched within 90 days, graded by confidence; software in active use is never flagged.
