uControlIT Asset Management (ITAM) Module
The IT Asset Management (ITAM) module turns your discovered estate into a managed asset register — the business layer on top of Discovery. It covers hardware lifecycle (warranty, end-of-life, refresh), assignment (who has what, and where), a contract & document repository, Software Asset Management (SAM) with licence reconciliation, and a lightweight endpoint agent for roaming and homeworking devices.
The interface is available in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian; each user sets their language on their Profile page, and dates and currency are shown in the user’s locale.

The asset detail page gains an ITAM tab where you can edit purchase, warranty, lifecycle and assignment for any asset, and see its agent check-in, software usage and peripherals.
Roles
ITAM configuration is administrator-only. SAM has its own read (SAM Analyst) and write (SAM Admin) roles.
